The story of our Beam Bakes gluten-free and sugar-free patisserie began in 2018 in the kitchen of the home of its founder Chef, Berfe Tümen.

This dream, which he started by making gluten-free cakes and bread from his home, developed with the opening of a beautiful workshop and cafe in Baltalimanı in February 2019.

We prepare delicacies such as special day cakes, tarts, cookies and profiteroles that are both gluten-free and sugar-free . In addition to personalized orders, we serve our daily freshly prepared delicacies in our cafe.
